Mike Skipper [me!] gets tired of constantly making art when nobody appreciates it, decides to start collecting masks

finds out about a missing mask from a long time ago, that was used in a play that went terribly wrong

he decides to look for it like a fucking moron

finds it, puts it on (after CLEANING IT!) like all the others to see if it fits

it attaches to his face

wuh oh there was an evil spirit in the mask and it possessed his body

and Mikey boy still has to witness everything the spirit does because he's still in his own body (but he can't control anything)

evil spirit calls itself Kinect, and can basically create things at will to battle with (and he can levitate)

Kinect can also just. Mildly manipulate reality

also because his art never got popular NOBODY irl knows who Mike/Kinect is
