Today's Sloe Gin, which hails from Germany's @Burgendrinks Distillery 🇩🇪 is an example of the latter, balancing the right amount of sweetness with a full fruity flavor, nice hint of acidity and an aromatic evolution that's strong throughout. 👅 And will you look at that fine artwork by my buddy @ginginginde? . Combining Sloe Gin in cocktails actually isn't 'that' hard. 🙌 It has the tendency of adjusting itself quite easily to many base spirits, and today's mix with Peruvian Pisco was no exception. 🇵🇪 Some White (not dry!)
