I'll answer this for both tourneys:
For the skeleton tourney, I didn't start it for any specific character but I did automatically think of Sans, Papyrus, Jack Skellington, and the Minecraft skeleton.
For the most homoerotic enemies tourney, I was thinking mostly of the trope but the specific characters that came to mind were the hero and villain tiktoks from dannyphantom.exe and Perry the Platypus with Dr. Doofenshmirtz
