This game has had me in a chokehold my entire life.

Associate was kind enough to pretty up my prior sketch of a take to a notorious Dark Cloud enemy, the Killer Snake! Really was a pity its fight was only as a Duel; if the game ever had a revamp, I thinking fighting it properly as a mini-boss would be solid. Here's a take to some lore for this new version -- Of all creatures to roam the Wise Owl Forest, none were more insidious or dangerous as the Killer Snake. The undisputed apex predator of the locale, it lurks in the bleak caves close to the marshes within the forest, lying in wait to ambush anything that comes near. It does not matter whether one is man or beast or even the strange monsters spawned from remnants of the Dark Genie's rampage; any living thing is fair game in this predator's eyes. More formidable than even the White Tiger, the Killer Snake has earned its name, seemingly insatiable in its bloodlust as it kills all it encounters, driving out other creatures in terror of its viciousness. Ominously, the Killer Snake seems to kill purely for the fun of it, as not even territory or hunger could goad it to slay so many in such barbaric ways. Many a hunter have attempted to slay the Killer Snake and end its brutal reign, but none have succeeded, and only precious few survive to escape and tell of its power and ferocity. The key to the Killer Snake's success is both its nigh impenetrable scales and its shockingly powerful venom. Whether injected or sprayed from its fangs, the Killer Snake's toxins act like a powerful acid, corroding living matter and rapidly inducing necrosis across uncontaminated parts. As for its scales, swords and arrows bounce off, and even concussive attacks hardly faze it. The only hint to weakness is a scar over its eye, the remnant of its battle against the legendary hunter Fudoh and his mighty axe. Since Fudoh's disappearance, the Killer Snake has remained uncontested in its cruel dominance, continuing to hunt and kill whatever it wishes simply for the fun of it. Prayers have been made to Utan, guardian of the forest, to drive out the horrible creature, but no sign of him has been found. And now, with the Dark Genie's rampages tearing through the land, it seems none will come and stand against this foul creature, a testament that nature itself is capable of producing horrors without the need of mystic forces.

I got these in the mail today as well! I had only bought the Killer and Error snakes, but the other doll(whose name I don't know, but am calling Cotton) came as a surprise bonus. As well as the mini sofa and the small items. Killer is a chonky boi.
