In light of the recent updates (no more replies, new messaging system) I’d just like to clarify how I will treat different kinds of messages from now on.Â
If you send a message to my ask box (without specifically stating otherwise) I will assume you are happy for me to publicly answer that message, i.e. publish my answer. I love these kinds of messages, because often there are so many other people sharing your struggle but who are too afraid to ask themselves, and who might find resources in my answer and/or strength from your message in realising they are not alone.Â
If you send me a message via the new IM system, I will assume you’d like me to answer privately. If you just want to talk to me, please IM me at my personal account (khaleeesii) so I can keep study Qs and general chats separate.Â
If replies make a comeback, as staff seem to be saying they will, I will treat all replies as public and will answer them publicly.Â
