Ableism is Hoarders and similar shows. My mom actually works with clients who hoard as a professional organizer, and the rapid clean-outs Hoarders does are universally frowned upon in the industry because they don't actually help and just make the hoarding worse. Plus the dehumanization and humiliation of showing that stressful and traunatic rapid clean-out with their face and legal name to the entire world is an absolute no. Everyone in the professional organizer industry hates Hoarders because of the harm it does to the clients and to public understanding of hoarding
