Dinners have been pretty repetitive but I don’t mind at all! 3 of my #ketostaples on one plate 🤤 Ground beef, avocado, and fried eggs. This was my dinner last night and it totally hit the spot. I’ve been doing dairy free for a few weeks now. I dropped about 5 pounds of water so far, not tracking or anything so the weight has been coming off a little slow but I’m totally OK with that because I can enjoy my meals and not feel deprived. Dairy free has been pretty easy this time around because I am focusing on filling up with meat and fat. Not to mention my bulletproof coffee in the morning has been delicious so it’s easy to start the day with that. cutting dairy has cut down on my inflammation significantly and I can tell just running my hand down my side that there is less water retention overall. I’m going to continue on this dairy free journey until I feel more comfortable in my skin... and once I reach my goal I’m still going to incorporate Gary into my diet but as a treat not an every day or every meal addition.
