Ingredients: 4 tomatoes, diced. 1/2 onion, finely chopped. 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 2 tablespoons lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 avocado, diced optional.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, finely chopped onion, minced jalapeno, and chopped cilantro. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well to combine all the ingredients. For extra creaminess, add diced avocado to the mixture and gently fold it in.
