Day 19 & 20
Today I've decided to eat 20 net carbs in order to get back on track. With my net carbs, after eating around 60 grams yesterday. This week was really challenging mentally and I ate over my goal in the last few days. It was okay, I really think it's important do that every once in awhile and eat food that you enjoy. When I tested earlier I still had a small amount of ketones so it shouldn't take much time to get back to normal. I don't know if I can say I'm completely fat adapted, I'm pretty sure that would take another month or so. Does anyone know about how long that takes on average? In other news I'm heading to Costco this weekend I would love to know if anyone has any recommendations on anything I should look for while I'm there. It's not going to be a regular trip that I can make as it will take about on hour to get there and back, but I'll take advantage while I'm there!
