Jem's own keto version of upgraded Omelette than the previous one I posted. (No right or wrong about cooking your food just try to explore and look for what suits you.) This one is a lot juicy and tasty. Recipes: 💚 • Olive oil • 3 Local eggs • Pinch of sesame seed • Pinch of chili flakes • Pinch of pepper • Pinch of seasalt • 1 cloves of onion • 2 tomatoes • 7 basil leaves • Unsweetened almond milk Procedure: 1. Heat the pan and pour enough olive oil. 2. Cut into pieces the onion and tomatoes. 3. Beat the 3 eggs evenly and sprinkle all the sesame seed, chili flakes, pepper & seasalt. Mix everything on the bowl. 4. When the pan is heated fry the onions then tomatoes. If already half shrink, sprinkle the basil leaves but before that cut the basil leaves into two. 5. After frying pour everything into the beaten eggs bowl, mix together with unsweetened almond milk (4 teaspoons only to make more juicy & tastier. Add olive oil on the heated pan then pour everything evenly on the pan. Flip the omelette back and forth until it's slightly golden brown. Then serve. P.S. you may add more than a pinch if you like more spices.
