Period drama of Akshay Kumar named Keasri is ready for the release. Sharing the poster from movie, Akshay has made us excited about the trailer certainly. Soon, sneak peek from will be out also. Caption with the poster says “Unraveling the pages of history to the bravest battle ever fought. #GlimpsesOfKesari from tomorrow, are you ready?” Here, Akshay will be seen in the character of Havildar Ishar Singh. Poster shows Akshay from the back while standing in front of 10,000 Afghans alone. Saffron turban can be seen on Akshay’s head as he is standing there in uniform.

Battle of Saragarhi is the main plot behind the movie Kesari. The battle has been fought in the year 1897 between Sikh soldiers under British Indian Army and Afghans. It is believed mere 21 Sikh soldiers have put up a brave act in front of mighty 10,000 Afghans. In this movie, Parineeti Chopra is playing the female lead. Release of the movie is scheduled on 21st March, 2019. So, are you ready to watch the movie in theatres now? Through the movie, a light will be thrown in to a forgotten episode of history.
