Columbia: Live at Missouri University 4/25/93 is a reunion live album by the American power pop group Big Star, recorded and released in 1993 by the original Big Star members Alex Chilton and Jody Stephens together with The Posies' members Jonathan Auer and Ken Stringfellow. It was recorded at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. If it sounds under rehearsed, that would be a bit of overstatement as Alex did not decide to actually join in this “reunion” until he walked on stage that day.

“At the time it was a big deal, and people flew in from all over the world to see the show in Missouri. And it got a review in Melody Maker: “Alex saunters on and spends some time twiddling with his guitar, blah blah blah, and they start to play and the most remarkable thing happens: they sound like Big Star.” That was the quote. Víctor Ramírez is a Valencia, Spain-based, DIY and sunshine-pop singer, songwriter...[a] “Spanish power-pop wunderkind”...He has worked with a number of artists such as Ken Stringfellow (The Posies, Big Star, The Loud Family), [and] Marc Jonson, Richard Lloyd (Television).

After listening to this release I can attest to his power-pop wunderkind[ness].  It is a bit more baroque than power.  I would say this reminds me of Mull Historical Society and Matthew Sweet - a nice balance of baroque and powerpop.
