🚴♂️ #BikeRide 😁 First bike ride of the year! Facebook had a memory pop up from 7 years ago of me riding a bike for the first time in 18 years. I guess we had great weather then like today. So I decided to ride thev3.1 miles from home to the fire station for my weekly work detail then ride home in the dark an the @fortwaynetrails Maumee pathway. A shout out to the @newhaveninparks for getting the pathway open so fast after annual flooding. It looked like there had been several downed trees they had to take care of. Please do them a solid and give them a follow! Hopefully tomorrow will be nice and I may get a run in along the pathway. Used some muscles that are sore and going to be sore, but I have my favorite product @bluestopmax to hit them with next few days.
