The Doctor had heard many stories about the Jedi and the Sith of the neighboring galaxy, but had never visited out of fear of the powers they all possess.  But eventually, his curiosity got the best of him.

He knew where the Jedi temple was and decided that since he agreed more with the jedi ideals, he would visit them to see how their powers work and what makes them special.

If it was one thing Wyndel hated it was waiting ---- Yes, patience was well known to Jedi, but he was not exactly one anymore. He may have not yet left the Order, but he was just about to.

His Master had been in a meeting for hours (or he assumed it was a meeting) and the waiting had not been something he enjoyed. He simply needed to get out of there -- The Order wasn’t good for him, nothing ever was good for him, and in that waiting he decided the best option was to simply let his control go.

It wasn’t control of emotions so to speak, but restraint of them. The temptation of the Dark Side.. or so the Jedi had said over, and over again was great --- seductive even.  However, Wyndel disagreed, and he had touched it before.

Yet, this time was something different, and it radiated through him. No, he wasn’t simply touching the Dark Side this time, but rather he was letting the coldness touch him to an extent he never had before now. 

Seductive was right, anyone who knew the temptations of the Darkest parts of the Force knew it was something you couldn’t pull away from. Yet, Wyndel thought (For the most part) that he could pull away from this, but it would be on his terms.
