Is there/can there be a fic where Keely and Roy’s international break hook up has consequences?
I know in long goodbye Roy says it’s been a month since then but let’s say he rounded up and it’s actually been three weeks.
Then Keely goes to Brazil with Jamie a couple weeks after that and they’re supposed to be having a good time but Keely has just been exhausted the whole time and been really sensitive to smells and Jamie makes an off hand comment like “Jesus Keely, I haven’t been around someone this sensitive to smells since Bex was pregnant. I sure hope you and granddad used protection.” That results in Keely freezing up and….
On the plane while Keely is having a crisis about being pregnant, Jamie says something about Roy is gunna be such a DILF! And a great dad to boot. And Keely breaks down cause she doesn’t want kids. Over the flight Jamie assures her he will support what ever she wants to do but he thinks she should offer to carry the baby to term for Roy if he wants it. Spin it to the press and anyone who asks as a surrogacy for a friend if Roy does want the babe. (Or offer the baby to Rebecca, he’s heard Rebecca wants a kid. Or he could take the baby. A baby made of his two favorite people would be MINT). Theres no pressure from him to make her keep it though. Just options.
Keely agrees to talk to Roy and Roy of course wants to keep the baby. And Roy and Jamie end up figuring they’re shit out through the pregnancy (and drama) and raise the baby together as the official afc Richmond love child that every single person on staff loves and adores (and no one shames Keely for not wanting kids or makes her feel anything but loved and supported in her choice to give up parental rights because fuck that shit).
I really want to read that fic.
The Keeley Electronics Manis is the Evolution of a Mythical Legend, a Boost & Overdrive with roots growing from the infamous Klon Centaur.
Honored to be a part of the newest release from Keeley Electronics - this is the Manis Boost Overdrive, the Evolution of a Mythical Legend!! Klone-ish tones abound here, but Robert and crew added in some modern options to let you dial in the EXACT sound you're after - check out our demo video on YT, and enjoy this marvelous creation!!
Desperately wanna actually make this comic 😭

Na'lright, so that last ask made me lose my damn mind. Spent the last few hours doing this! Behold, Fergus's family tree... currently. I may tweek it down the line. I previously said in past asks that Fergus was being raised by his parents and siblings in London, but I'm altering that!
Fergus's mum, Vivienne, was born and raised in Ireland, youngest of three pups. Her family were hardcore wild foxes, who rejected all facets of 'civilized' society. They hunted for their food, lived in burrows, ect ect. Only Vivi didn't vibe with that. She was a bit more lazy. It was so much easier to steal from dumpsters than it was to hunt. There were less hunting dogs in the towns and cities to! This started a big row with her folks and her brother Aidan, until she decided to leave. London was the biggest city around, so she snuck on a ship and made her way over. She enjoyed living in London, away from her traditional parents and brother. Things got a little harder when a one night stand unexpectedly left her expectant, but she raised Fergus the best she could. She taught him all about living in the city and while Fergus is a bit of a runt due to a lack of good food in his kit years, Vivi thinks she did alright! (Extra fun note, Vivienne is based on Fergus's design in the pilot!)
Of course, even if the family had a bit of a fight, they never really leave each other alone. Aidan and his wife would come to visit when they could. Aidan was intent on making his nephew appreciate his wild heritage, and maybe try to turn his life around, unlike his mother. Aunt Keeley is just a soft, go with the flow fox who tried to make peace more than anything, and Findlay is very chatty, though he mostly speaks Gaelic, like most of the family can . (Fergus only knows bits and pieces as his mum raised him in England. Findlay is also still learning English so communication can be tough.) Findlay is also very good at hunting, which can be awkward in London, as Fergus is friends with plenty of the 'Prey' around. (Findlay also has siblings, but I'm too tired to think of them now.)
AND FINALLY Aunt Muriel. Eldest of the three. She moved to a nature preserve in Ireland after her leg was injured. She's a 'Species Representative' who teaches other creatures about Foxes and how they live. Aunt Muriel is rather flat and unenthusiastic. She never wanted kid or to get married. She just dose as she pleases without hurting anyone and expects the same as everyone else. She also has a very sharp wit and tongue to match. Aidan and Vivienne both keep their fighting to a minimum around her, as Muriel tends to put them in their place easily enough.
Oh and Aunt Muriel is literally just Sister Michael from 'Dairy Girls' if you want to see what she's like.
Now these names aren't set in stone yet. I was hoping to find some more traditional Irish names but I'm very tired, so feel free to suggest some! (Also sorry for any spelling errors. Its very late at night/ early in the morning here.)
Okay, so...
In season 1, Jamie looks at the door. Sure, maybe it's because Ted caught his attention... or maybe it's symbolic. Maybe Jamie would have looked at the door even if Ted hadn't been there. Jamie is looking for a way to escape, and Ted being there is simply foreshadowing for his future role in Jamie's life. The show is telling us very unsubtly that what Jamie actually needs is Ted, Richmond, and above all to run from his father.
Now, in season 3:
Jamie doesn't look at the door, even though it's right in his line of sight, and a whole person stopping then walking by is hard to miss. He's just too distracted to notice Ted, right? Or maybe... it's symbolic, again.
Jamie doesn't need to look for escape, he doesn't need Ted anymore. He's Jamie Tartt and for the first time in his life, he feels like that's enough. He's got Roy and Keeley with him, a mother, a step-dad and a whole team who love and respect him. He's got everything he needs.
.
I know many people have complained that in season 3 all the characters grow more independent from Ted, they take initiative and sort things out by themselves rather than seek Ted's help.
But guys, that's the whole point.
That's what a character like Ted Lasso is supposed to do. He's not supposed to be there every second of the way. He's supposed to be an example and encourage growth and independence.
This is what the past two seasons have led up to.
And I feel like this scene with Jamie, Roy and Keeley really encapsulates it. Especially after Ted and Jamie's conversation during the match. That felt final.
Ted's job here is done.
Whether he goes back to Kansas or decides to stay, or hell, goes back to Kansas and then decides to come back in time for the last match, and move permanently to the UK, just like Dorothy moved to Oz... his job here is fundamentally done.
He's achieved what he'd promised himself to: his boys are the best version of themselves they can be, thanks to him.
(the Guardiola bit is fun, sure, but I feel that it was really important to remind the audience of Ted's words right in the penultimate episode)
And I think that, for maybe the first time in his life, Ted is completely, truly free to make whatever decision he wants regarding his future.
If he leaves, the team will not fall to shambles
Rebecca will not become cold again
Leslie will not revert back to being a doormat
Nate will not be cruel and power-hungry any longer
Roy will not isolate himself anymore
Ted can make whatever decision is best for him without guilt regarding his time with Richmond.
And I think that's very fucking important, especially for a character like him.
Honestly he’s such a hottie
