in Argentina is "the eternity of the caterpillar"
in Brazil "thinking about the calf's death"
In Czechia it's "thinking about the immortality of a cockchafer" which is ironic since they only live for few weeks, maybe that's the point
In Spain it is "pensar en las musarañas", meaning "to think about shrews" (i.e. the tiny woodland creatures)
And "Estas en Babia", "You are in Babia". Babia is a rather idyllic place near Leon, in Spain, where the Spanish Monarchs used to go for recreation.
In Portuguese there is a similar, "thinking about the calf's death", which can mean daydreaming, or thinking about something that's too far away
