as SOON as yall stop asking yourself "what part is doing this why am I feeling this which part is making me feel/think/whatever like this" you will make so many fucking strides in recovery. You really gotta stop assigning parts language to every single DID issue you have, especially early on if it's hard and intimidating for you to think of things that way. What helped me was asking myself if I actually identify with a feeling instead of thinking "which part is feeling this" because all that did was make parts not trust me enough to actually share information with me at all.
