The Terrible Influence

More for the on-theme color than anything. Also just wanted an excuse to make a sparkly cocktail. 😅  Not too sweet!

1.5 oz gin

1 oz blue curacao

.75 oz creme de violette

.5 oz lime juice

bar spoon/dash of simple syrup

edible cocktail glitter (optional)

sugar for rim (optional)

Rim glass with a mixture of sugar & glitter if desired. Add gin, blue curacao, creme de violette, lime juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into glass. Add a sprinkle of edible glitter to the glass and stir in.

The Her

You’re going to need to like cherry (and tequila) for this one! A play on a cherry margarita, with the addition of Bénédictine (a liqueur said to have originally been developed by monks). 😉

6 cherries

.75 oz lime juice

2 oz tequila

1 oz cherry liqueur

.5 oz benedictine

black food coloring (optional)

cherry (for garnish)

Muddle cherries and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add tequila, cherry liqueur, benedictine, and food coloring. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cherry.

The “Are They Fighting?”

Self-explanatory. ❤️🥊💙 You can add more ginger beer to taste (after mixing the layers) if needed!

1.5 oz grenadine

1.5 oz vodka

2 oz ginger beer (or ginger ale)

1.5 oz blue curacao

Add grenadine and vodka to a glass and stir. Fill the glass with ice. Combine ginger beer and blue curacao separately. Hold an upside down spoon over the glass and VERY SLOWLY pour the curacao and ginger beer mixture over it to create a blue layer on top of the red. Stir together before drinking.

The Phlonde 

Perfectly blonde and very sweet, just as Phil likes!

1.5 oz vanilla vodka

1 oz lillet blanc

.5 oz elderflower liqueur

.5 oz lemon juice (.25 oz if no sugar rim or you like things as sweet as Phil does 😆)

1 dash orange bitters

lemon peel (for garnish)

sugar for rim (optional)
