To just sum it up… Viktor is a traveling med- quack medic. He travels from village to village selling his cure alls to naive peasants and commoners. Maybe they work maybe they don’t. How could you say no to a man who’s supposedly been to Asia? Has all the strange spices and roots.
He gained some sort of popularity when he cured a noble’s child of their sickness. (Even Viktor was surprised, but he won’t say no to money.)
He also has a little assist named Lotte, she’ll make sure you understand it’s a nonrefundable item. Even if you found out the cure all salve is just fat and mint you could have made yourself
