Ooh I might start saying that. Yeah, I'm fine with friends; I was just wondering since I was in the library the other day and this girl was sneezing and she gave me a weird look when I said 'bless you' the second time.

i aim to challenge social and philosophical boundaries every day. but what happens when they sneeze three times? do i switch to french?
flusendieb said: I disagree with bbyshock (mainly because in Germany you say Gesundheit anyway). I usually follow the first Gesundheit with “and again”, unless I’m friends with whoever sneezes, then it’s “wer dreimal niest ist doof” after the second time :D
Omg that is a fantastic phrase! I'm very tempted to start using it. >:) (Why are other languages so much more prepared for this than English? In French they have different things to say on 2nd and 3rd sneezes as well.)
