After a year of DMing, my players and I have finally wrapped up our first arc! So to celebrate I drew the party (+ two NPCs who’ve tagged along and may or may not be intertwined with a variety of cosmic fates). I wanted to experiment with shape language and composition, and I think these turned out wonderfully!
From the top: - Nimbus, tiefling/drow moon druid - Mercer, orc/drow swashbuckler - Finnél, high/dark elf bladesinger - Zale, tiefling/sea elf tempest cleric - Karoz, tiefling/orc bear totem warrior - Favian, wood elf (?) rogue (?) - Providence, aasimar-orc storm herald
[Image: Seven pictures, each a full-body digital drawing of a character, composed to make a particular shape. Nimbus is fit into a circle, smiling sweetly with her tail curled around the edge. Mercer and Finnél form equilateral triangles, Mercer as though sat in the bottom point, and Finnél symmetrically cross-legged. Zale, with his knees drawn toward his chest and a melancholy expression, forms a diamond between his hair stick, elbow, pointed toes, and the crook of his tail. Karoz fits snugly into a rectangle, his horns forming right-angles and his head tilted slightly. Favian forms a square, dynamically split across the diagonal, with half taken up by a dark wing. Providence also fits a circle, her dress and hair filling the edges as she curls to cradle a small, glowing moon. End ID.]
