Thanks to Google maps and my endless search for weird hidden tiny museums throughout Japan, I came upon the humble 松下美術館 Matsushita Art Museum in Kirishima, Kagoshima. I was honestly blown away by what they had: a huge collection of Satsuma ware pottery, a couple of of works by Monet, Renoir, Degas, Kuroda Seiki, Tsuguharu Foujita, and Picasso (including some plates that he made).
