11. How do you come up with your fic titles?

Eh, it’s a toss between looking for a theme that wraps up the fic with a pretty bow or using a song title to do it for me, and making sure it fits the general context. (Pour ακέραιη, par exemple, je me suis calquée sur toi pour les titres en grec et je suis partie sur un adjectif qui définit à la fois la façon dont Galessin aime Uinda - entièrement, honnêtement, sans fard - et Uinda elle-même - entière et en paix avec elle-même.)

Circumstantial Evidence by robot iconography (The Mummy) (one of my all-time favourites - just after TM, Jonathan eavesdrops, comes to a startling conclusion, and gets snarked at - among other things. Great style ✨)

Totus Mundus Agit Histrionem by mistyzeo, Sherlock Holmes (ACD version) (warning: last chapter is Explicit) (AU where Watson doesn’t meet a beginner detective when he comes back from Afghanistan, but a talented actor. Quoth the summary, Then there is a murder. Then they fall in love. It’s great 💜)

Both? Both. Both is good ^^ (depends on my mood, really)

Okay, first off, is there really a single fanfiction community? But I’d go with... hmm. @marcvsjvnivsbrvtvs, @oldshrewsburyian, and @gravelgirty.

16. Do you research for your fics? If so, how deep of a rabbit hole have you gone down by accident when researching?

WHOOBOY DO I. I don’t measure the depths of rabbit holes; that way lies madness. But yeah, I do a lot of research, especially if the story is set in the past. How did people talk, how did they dress, the general political/social context - I hoard resources (pictures and words) like a dragon.

23. What’s your absolute favourite trope to write?

Vitriolic best buds/(found) family members ^^ Give me all the stories where characters care deeply for each other while they snark at each other (and occasionally drop it at dramatic moments because that’s just 💖)
