(i'm dying over the little smile he makes when he gets to eat cake)
❝ 👹 — lady l: It's very short, but I hope you like it! And yes, that smile... 👀😧
❝tw: none, just fluff.
❝👹pairing: soft yandere!jeong gu-won x gender neutral!reader.
Jeong Gu-Won may seem like a cold and insensitive guy/demon and that's true, but only to people he doesn't like or know because to you he's a big softie and totally clingy.
He's completely clingy. He hates it when you have to get out of bed and leave him because he wants to cling to you and never leave your embrace. He definitely tries to convince you not to work/study. He has enough money to support you, so why not cuddle with him?
He loves going out with you, taking you on dates and just being close to you. His smile convinces you easily because of how adorable he looks when he's like that for you.
Gu-Won is always keeping an eye on you, in a friendly way of course. His hard gaze softens and there could even be hearts in his eyes, like an emoji, of how in love he is with you.
He loves to hug you! Lots of hugs, from behind, side and front! Any opportunity he gets to hold you in his arms, he will do so immediately. He also likes to put his head in the crook of your neck and smell you.
Gu-Won is always spoiling you and if you like sweets, especially cake, as much as he does, you can be sure that you will never miss them at home. His smile when he eats cake or when he sees you happy are absolutely adorable.
It may seem controversial, but I think he would want to wear couples' clothes. Maybe something not so in-your-face, but a matching blouse or even matching accessories. Maybe even tattoos. Everything to feel closer to you.
He will definitely give you nicknames, some strange and others more loving. Maybe jagiya or something more sappy, but he likes it, one more way to show his immeasurable affection for you.
Gu-Won gets jealous very easily and will make faces, act like a child. In addition to using his powers against those who made him jealous. It could be something harmless or something more... Definite, but he gets clingier than ever when he's jealous.
He loves you, very much. Jeong Gu-Won never thought that he could love someone so much, that he could let himself be carried away by human feelings, but he did it and he couldn't be happier. Because he met you. You are his and he is yours. Plus, he's adorable, isn't he?

Hotel Del Luna is a K-Drama about a hotel that exists to comfort the souls of the dead until they are ready to move on to the next life. It follows the adventures of the cast and crew both living, dead, and in between.
It appears on Netflix and has episodes that are around 90 minutes long each. My personal suspicion is that Netflix collected two-three episodes into one large feature-length episode because there are frequent points that feel like the episode is ending but it goes on. Then again, those might have been commercial breaks instead.
Spoilers Ahead (major major spoilers)
Hotel Del Luna is a special hotel that only the dead can see regularly and on full moons, the dead will be drawn to it where they will be welcomed as guests and treated to a number of various services to help them resolves what leaves them hanging on and ready themselves to move on.
The Hotel does require a human manager, because it does exist within a physical building and while the living can't normally see the truth of the hotel, they will sometimes wander in. The ghosts are normally able to handle this on their own, but the manager is required to handle all the mortal world stuff like paying taxes and making sure the hotel is licensed so as to avoid drawing government attention.
Could be Mundane Monstrosity but probably better to do Good Monsters. If so, most of the human cast are likely allies. Spirit and Duty seem to be good curses for the cast. The Coven might also work as it would cover a range of potential downsides other than just Monstrous curses, and the whole concept of Hospitality is central to the story making the Laws of Hospitality move a good idea.
The Cast
Jang Man-Wol
The owner of the hotel
Has been tied to the hotel for 1300 years.
If she tries to leave the hotel for more than a day, it will simply relocate to wherever she goes.
Seems to not be a normal ghost, but also doesn't seem to be human. Something in between.
Very moody.
She is in general mean to everyone and actively cruel to evil people.
Has difficulty seeing reason with reincarnations of her past enemies.
Powerful magic.
Was originally a sort of bandit leader.
She is tied to or perhaps is a big "moon tree" that appears in the center of the hotel wherever it shows up.
Has a lot of appreciation for luxuries, especially high end fashionable clothing and flashy cars (though she doesn't like to drive)
Is terrible with money and frequently over spends her mortal funds.
Engaged in a roaring rampage of revenge 1300 years ago.
Loves a show where a famous comedian eats absurd amounts of food.
Often approaches people with seemingly sinister intentions that turns out to be a way to teach them a lesson to get on with life.
And sometimes is just hella sinister.
Uncertain if she ever really died or if she just has been around so long that she's no longer human.
Could be the Monstrous with a Duty curse
Could be the Expert
Could be the Crooked
The Exile might fit, but she's adapted to the modern world quite well.
Use Magic is the weird move.
Koo Chan-Sung
The general manager.
Was selected from very young as a potential manager.
His father's life was saved by Man-Wol on condition of Chan-Sung working for her as an adult.
When it became apparent he wouldn't be interested, Man-Wol tried two other people.
There is also a deity manipulating things to place him at the Hotel in hopes he will help Man-Wol give up her grudges and move on.
Doesn't start out able to see ghosts, but Man-Wol gives him the ability early on.
Extremely good person.
Does not put up with Man-Wol's nonsense.
Yes, Man-Wol and he fall in love.
Man-Wol regularly puts him in danger either deliberately in hopes of scaring him off when she realizes she's falling for him, or accidentally when he tries to help her or prevent her from doing something cruel.
Initially terrified of ghosts, gets used to them.
Probably the Mundane.
Strong case for the Pararomantic
Doesn't have a weapon otherwise would have a case for Chosen
There's a case for Envoy given the way the deities are using him to achieve certain goals.
Probably Empathy or Trust Your Gut
Once he learns where the Mago (the deities all played by the same actor who seem to be sisters) are, he sometimes seeks them out so Illuminated might be good for a second Weird move.
Sanchez
Chan-Sung's best friend
Rich son of a man who owns a pizza franchise
Runs his own restaurant
Chan-Sung lives at his house
In college, Chan-Sung stopped him from killing himself.
Learns about the Hotel after his girlfriend dies.
Very nice person.
Seems like a lackadaisical rich man.
Even before knowing about the hotel accepts spiritual remedies easily.
Is suspicious of Lee Mi-Ra's nonsense.
Probably the Mundane
Trust Your Gut seems to be a good option for Weird move, but he's bad at it.
Lee Mi-Ra
Chan-Sung's ex-girlfriend
Epic mooch, still owes Chan-Sung and Sanchez money
Doctor
Reincarnation of a princess that got Man-Wol's people (including innocent villagers) killed or enslaved. Man-Wol killed that incarnation.
Man-Wol tried to place a terrible curse on her in revenge for the prior incarnation, Chan-Sung took it on instead, forcing Man-Wol to cancel the curse.
Wears a charm bracelet from her grandmother as a ward against bad luck carried on from her past lives. Man-Wol tricks her into giving it up and then destroys it.
Probably the Crooked with a Grifter background.
Probably Empathy as a Weird move
More likely an ally however.
Kim Sun Bi
Oldest employee at the hotel.
Bartender
Committed suicide 500 years ago after being fired from his position as a scholar for writing stories about commoners.
Very prideful.
Thinks he knows what's going on and is often at least slightly wrong.
Possibly the Expert or the Flake
Use Magic or No Limits for weird move
Choi Seo Hee
Housekeeper
Died 200 years ago, slain by thugs hired by her husband
Was exiled from her husband's family due to giving birth to a girl.
The daughter was forcefully neglected and died while she was trying to get her help.
Is staying around until the family name dies off.
The Wronged sounds like a good fit for her.
Almost became a vengeful spirit 42 years prior when she nearly killed members of that family who were trying to dig up her daughter's grave.
Eventually gives up on her grudge rather than harm a potential innocent. (a mistress of the family's last son who is pregnant)
Use Magic is a good weird move
Ji Hyun Joong
Receptionist
Was killed 70 years ago during the Korean War
Someone else took on his identity and has done good works in his name.
Is waiting for his younger sister so they can go over the bridge together.
Somewhat laid-back and good natured.
Probably the Mundane or the Professional since he often does work for the hotel out in the world.
Use Magic seems a good weird move
Kim Yu-Na
A body inhabited by the spirit of Jung Soo-Jung
Yu-Na had killed Soo-Jung (partially on accident, pushed her over a bridge while bullying her)
Soo-Jung possessed the body forcing Yu-Na out
Man-Wol told Yu-Na's parents about the murder and offered them the last evidence of the crime warning them that they should let their daughter face justice.
When they burned the evidence, Yu-Na's soul was burned away as well.
Soo-Jung now lives as Yu-Na
Has a crush on Hyun-Joong
Probably the Spooky
Acts as an intern for the Hotel
Often goes out of her way to investigate things like serial killers, Man-Wol blames Chan-Sung for encouraging self-destructive heroics with his example.
Sensitive is a good Weird move
Sa Shin
Grim Reaper
Frequently seen around the Hotel
Is often there to oversee spirits being sent on to the afterlife
Is rather merciful and will argue to spare potential vengeful ghosts rather than destroy them if they haven't turned yet.
Friendly with the staff including Chan-Sung
Probably the Divine
Use Magic is a good weird move
Mago
The deities involved with the Hotel
All use the same name.
There are at least five, all by the same actor.
The primary two who appear are goddesses of retribution and maybe the afterlife.
The kind Mago is seeking to arrange for Man-Wol to redeem herself and move on.
The stern Mago seeks to destroy Man-Wol and is generally out to destroy anybody who is a potential evil.
There is also a Mago that deals with love matches, one for wealth, and an older sister who seems to be more about fate in general?
Park Young Soo
Reincarnation of Man-Wol's adoptive brother
Was betrayed and executed in that life
Love Mago arranges him and Lee Mi-Ra to meet and be attracted to each other saying she loves matching up enemies from past lives.
Police officer
Investigates the serial killing Yu-Na uncovers
Could be the Professional, more likely an ally.
The show mostly deals with various ghostly situations ranging over the following:
Several vengeful ghosts
A serial killer who is a mutual acquaintance of Sanchez and Chan-Sung's (he was manipulating things to drive Sanchez to suicide due to a bet he'd made that he could)
A serial abuser
Several regular ghosts, these are mostly Atonement mysteries
A doctor taking bits of other people's lifelines to sustain his sick child against nature.
A guardian deity of a well who is afraid of being abandoned
The ghost of a tiger
Man-Wol's own dark impulses
The focus on the story is on dealing with past grudges and hangups. Most of the problems associated with the ghosts and other people being helped have some parallel for the issues faced by the main cast.
