Saw a reel that talked about a man asking "why women are promoting singleness and loneliness". And this woman replies with some stats and facts. And it let me to think that the difference between men and women is women are CHOOSING to remain single. Men aren't CHOOSING it. They're single because no one is CHOOSING them. If we're gonna equate singleness with "loneliness". Both genders are technicallh "lonely" coz both genders are single amirite? but only ONE gender cries about the "LOneLiNeSS ePiDeMic". And it's not the women. Because women, unlike men, are not "lonely". They have communities, friends, adopting pets, plants, learning or developing hobbies, etc. MEN are lonely because their friendships are shallow. They have no community, hardly any hobbies, they don't know how to talk to women without degrading them AND think they're entitled to women. Women don't think they're entitled to a man's time and attention. Ntm studies literally prove that single women are more happier and thrive more than women with partners. Everything about being single for women is a WIN and everything about being single for men is a loss coz for centuries men have thrived on the free labour of womens. And now that men are not getting that they're mad. Bcoz for them their male friendships are for watching a football game or playing video games with their buddies but not actually having proper conversations. They have been so dependent on women doing the physical mental and emotional labour for them that without that they've now become handicapped. Because they've seen their father's generations being mollycoddled and have women be at their beck and call these men are like "WHY NOT ME?". times have changed. Women out of necessity and survival EVOLVED, because evolving was the only option for us to have a SEMBLANCE of normalcy..most men don't even realise the privilege they have grown up with and are now mad that they don't have the life they envisioned for themselves. Wdym they gotta have personality for women to like them? Wdym they have to be NICE to women? Wdym women won't be a slave to them? The LOneLiNeSS ePiDeMic is self inflicted and deserved. Maybe if men, too, built strong thriving communities among them they wouldn't be "lonely". But alas. they still want WOMEN to do something about it. They want women to lower their standards coz they refuse to grow. And women aren't having that. So unless men decide to give up their Misogyny, the "LOneLiNeSS ePiDeMic" is not going anywhere. And I'm SO here for it.

I wanted to post something but I forgot

We aren't supposed to live like this bro. What are we even doing? A job is supposed to be something to help pay bills and leave us with enough time and energy to pursue our interests. How are we working all the time? 8 hour workday is a scam and was built on free labour of women. You can't convince me otherwise. You can't work 8 hrs, commute for 3 hrs on an average to and from work, make healthy meals, do chores, prep and recover from workday, walk 8-10k steps a day, exercise, sleep for 8 hrs AND find time to pursue your hobbies or interests. We are not supposed to live like this. The job doesn't pay enough, there's no future economically. No matter how much I save or budget, i still can't quit to even survive 6 months without a job, property rates are skyrocketing I've accepted I'll never own even a small apartment for myself. The week leaves you so exhausted that your weekend is spent for leftover chores that you couldn't do in the week like laundry and recovering from your work week & mentally prepare for next work week which would be the same cycle all over again. There's no time or energy to have/pursue/develop hobbies or interests. More like we either can't afford OR have no energy or drive to do anything else. There's no time for family or friends or even just binging on a show you've been wanting to watch. Watching the news is a test of your temperament coz it literally feels like the world is burning - rise in right wing ideology, even more rise in Misogyny, women's rights being in danger, literal nazis running half the world and other half desperate to join them, as for climate change we've already crossed the point of no return, idiots constantly and ignorantly using AI that's depleting fresh water resources to the point we may not have drinking water by 2050. This is not how we're supposed to live. This is hell. We've all died and are currently living in hell. Or this is a simulation. This is not sustainable. This can't be real. I can't do this anymore. I feel crazy. I feel I'm one bad day away from my breaking point. We're working ourselves to the bone to not even be able to enjoy SOME qfruits of our labor while 8 men hold more money than 99.99% of the world. Please get me out of here. We need a revolution atp. Or end of the world. That would also do. Just set me free please.

I hope that no matter how jaded the world gets, how selfish people get and being empathetic and caring is looked down on. I hope I'm kind and caring about people, about issues even if they don't affect me personally. That I never turn out to be a person with apathy who does not care about the world around them. Even if I'm the only one

Never settle for those who make you feel like loving you is hard. Loving you is the easiest thing in the whole world baby..loving you is as easy as breathing. As easy as blinking. Loving you comes naturally. You deserve to be loved as easily as you breathe.
