just wondering cause i've been in the process of making a fanfic about them that i'm honestly really proud of that I wanna post on here but just wanted some feedback! <3 I'll probably make some more fics abt different ships n I might take req someday but this is just my current project rn , might make an intro post or just start posting here in general

Called 'Duncan's first actual friend group gang'

Basically it consists of him really wanting to be a head of some organised crime thing, like it's his dream. Except no one in juvie wanted to be in his. So he keeps recruiting people on TD. Some more reluctantly than others.

The entire thing just happens behind the scenes of total drama, with only the love triangle being impacted (as in he breaks up with Courtney first but she's still rightfully pissed because it hadn't even been half an hour until he kissed Gwen)

He kind of makes a list of every stereotypical gang/mafia member and tries to sus out any criminals in total drama that fit the bill.

He starts with trying to recruit Eva as 'the muscles' which fails

So he turns to Izzy for 'the psycho' and she agrees! Dragging along a reluctant 'Noah' and Eva

'Noah' only agrees to work as commissions as 'the hacker' until action where the two team up to get Owen's family cleared of their debt, and DJ and his mama of their lawsuit. This is where the Neha reveal takes place

DJ joins as the 'the heart of gold' after they help him. All his job is is to stand there and look intimidating with his height. That's it

Duncan also recruits Justin as 'the honeypot' since the girls refuse to do it- to Neha's disgust

Ezekiel gets recruited as 'the weapons expert', he knows a lot because of hunting with his dad

Trent gets suspicious of Duncan and kind of tries to find out what his deal is which ends up with him joining as 'the getaway driver and distraction'

And finally, Katie and Sadie somehow find out (mainly since Trent and Justin joined) and beg to join as 'the pick pocket' and 'the conman' respectively

They kind of just all have their own agenda, hence why half of them just don't compete in later seasons, or are really reluctant to

And are also probably the weirdest friend group you see exist- and most unexpected considering they don't really talk on camera

Duncan does get his wish of becoming the head of the 'underworld' and the most successful criminal organisation in Canada- his own syndicate

None of the other contestants have any clue about this. Or the fact that they're all friends

Maybe there's a later season added on after All Stars where it's a no elimination and everyone has to participate so they just mess with people

Speaking of All Stars, Neha is pissed that she had to bail out Duncan for arson of all things

They also bond over the fact that they both knew Mal previously (and maybe plot a teensy bit of revenge for what he did to Izzy)

He gets a lecture about being reckless when he gets back from DJ and Eva of all people, but after that everyone is celebrating the fact that he burnt Chris' stuff

All seriousness though, I love the idea of Trent, Justin, Neha, Izzy, Eva, Zeke, Katie and Sadie being their own group of somewhat friends who mess with everyone else

Because the fact that most of them barely get any screen time, or actually try to win the competition, means that none of the other contestants know what they're capable of

Which they use to pull pranks

Like before Action and before World Tour, they all held a group meeting to decide what gags they're gonna do the following season

Everyone is focused on the season, and then there's these eight fools just having fun with what they have

And then add Duncan and DJ to the mix- chefs kiss

Could even do you one better, the newest season they get to pick their teams except the team leaders have to be Alejandro and José

And Alejandro's bemoaning the fact that only Heather is on his team, but then these 10 show up and all the two of them can think of is 'we're screwed' since most of them haven't even made it to the merge

But the team actually locks in a couple episodes in after José does something they really don't like

Sprinkle in some fake Justnoah (as in they hate each other, but agree to 'date' to get their parents off their backs about marriage, plus the fact that Justin is super gay) as a running gag with some real Alenoaheather and justrent (or justrentcan lmao)

And Emma's their legal representative, obviously
