Gaspard knew Xavier was angry, he didn’t have to admit to it or anything, his body language and attitude said it all, though a reason as to why he was so irritated? that remained unknown and he knew Xavier wouldn’t tell why he was upset. “Are you alright?” Gaspard starts out with a smiple question maybe that will calm Xavier, it at least shows he cares to see what’s the matter, but no, Xavier turns away and ignores him “fine” he mutters under his breath, the tapping of his foot growing faster after the question was asked, “You don’t seem alright” the elder tells him, laying a hand over the others shoulder “you seem upset honestly”.

This is what gets to Xavier, Gaspard hit the nail on the head, yes, he was upset but there’s no way he was going to admit it “I’m not upset!, fuck off!” the sheer bitterness of his voice is enough to make Gaspard back away, uneasy and not wanting to press any further, but he does wrap his arms around Xavier’s waist “Well..if you say so” the taller one presses his nose against Xavier’s neck and hums lowly, which does seem to put him at ease “You make it hard for me to stay in a bad mood” he sighs, leaning against Gaspard slowly “fine you win this time, yes I’m in a bad mood but..you’re helping take it away”.

There it was, the sweet calm voice Gaspard wanted to hear, and now he finally heard it, he’d be lying if he said he didn’t feel at least a little proud of himself, but for now his goal was to turn Xavier’s mood. 

You need to write “justice” on your chest because then its political art and allowed i guess haha
