Combine this with JW whispering in his ears how FX deserves this and how he’s just trying to make him learn before he gets soooo seriously hurt. Telling FX how manipulative he is, trying to use his tears to make him stop his lesson, “making me look like a monster”, etc. and everytime FX tries to deny it, JW just sighs and tells him how cruel it is for him to endure his lover lying to his face like that.

And then by the end, when FX is curled up on JW’s bed, sobbing and whimpering from the now worsened pain, JW slithers on top of him and makes FX feel guilty for “going against the rules” and “being forced” to punish him and guilts FX into having sex with him, even while he’s still in pain. JW deliberately adds more of his own bruises on FX’s body meanwhile.

Feeling so very normal about this. Definitely not like i'm about to start chewing on this ask like a feral dog. Definitely not.

Absolutely obsessed with how manipulative Jun Wu is. And how he's convincing Feng Xin that he's the one being manipulative. And you just know that this is going to stick with Feng Xin, even after Jun Wu's been defeated. How the first time he cries in front of Mu Qing or Xie Lian afterwards, he'll feel terrible about it, trying to apologize for lying and being manipulative.

And then Jun Wu fucking him afterwards is so twisted I love it so much. I know Feng Xin is crying the whole time, while Jun Wu continues to punish him for crying, and admonishes him for making him look like a monster. Anything to remind Feng Xin of where his place is.

If FX ever got into a fight with MQ and got bruises and wounds, JW would purposely hurt those spots as a way to “reclaim” them. If FX had a bruise on his thigh, JW would force him to undress and “willingly” give him his thigh and he would either press down on the spot very tightly or dig his nails into it, hurting him. FX isn’t allowed to move away or move his hands from their designated spot. If he does, he gets punished worse. In that way, JW is psychologically training FX twofold. First, FX’s mind win’t be able to think of those bruises or wounds without thinking of JW, associating the two together.

Second, it would make FX flinch away from MQ and not want to fight him. Thus making MQ mad that FX is avoiding them and thus keeping them against each other.

This is so juicy. Obsessed with Feng Xin getting into a fight with Mu Qing while already in his relationship with Jun Wu! Since he knows he's not allowed to fight with Mu Qing, Mu Qing must have done something to piss him off extremely bad. Maybe he was taunting him and made a comment about feng xin's relationship!

The image of Feng Xin having to undress and show off his bruises in front of Jun Wu is also so good! It would be so violating for him. And given how he is, he would definitely at first try to move away or move Jun Wu's hands, earning him a worse punishment and more bruises. I want him crying and sobbing by the time Jun Wu's done with him

Picturing FX staring longingly at MQ, wanting him. Then he feels a gaze on the side of his face and turns, only to freeze when he sees a displeased JW glaring at him.

Oughhh yessss. He doesnt love Feng Xin, and Feng Xin isnt even his favorite, but Feng Xin is his. He's not allowed to gaze at anyone else. Certainly not Mu Qing.

I have to admit that when I first read this, I was picturing Feng Xin and Jun Wu in a room with the other martial gods 🤭

But even without that im chewing on this so much. I love the thought of Feng Xin getting more and more tense and uncomfortable as Jun Wu stands behind him. Maybe he stutters over his words, or feels his voice break. Which Jun Wu loves. Feng Xin's probably blushing so hard too.

Head full of thoughts of Jun Wu fucking Feng Xin while making him continue speaking of his battle plans. Feng Xin's voice shaking and trembling, with tears in his eyes, stuttering through his presentation. And when Jun Wu sees that he just fucks him harder.

For JW, after losing access to XL, he finally has another toy to exercise his darker violent tendencies on, something he can dull down the sharpness of his fangs on, making them more easily able to be hidden in public without him cracking. He has someone he can show the worst parts of himself to and who won’t be able to do or say anything about it and knows that FX won’t do or say anything to anyone about it.

These two both fulfill something for the other, but in the worst ways and it’s the worst parts of themselves. FX being subservient and JW being the Worst™️

Everything you've said is so true. I love taking Feng Xin's subserviance and having it get him into toxic situations. Its such a fun trait to play around with. And also I just love hurting him.

The other thing that drives me wild with Feng Xin is all the hurt/comfort potential that comes after Jun Wu. I am simply not immune to that!

And you just know that JW wouldn’t let FX close his eyes either. Anytime he tried or tried to look away, he would grab his face and order him to keep his eyes on him. He would definitely get off to the fear in FX’s eyes and his helplessness.

When Jun Wu does grab his face, and probably digs his nails into his skin, Feng Xin will get an even more frightened and helpless look on his face. Maybe he even tears up a little bit. He is still in a lot of pain from his punishment after all, and he's got Jun Wu bearing down on him.

I’m picturing that while FX is recovering from his punishment, JW keeps him in his palace and in his private rooms. For his eyes only. He’s the one bandaging his wounds, cleaning them, putting ointment on them, etc.

And the entire time, he is both cooing at him and scolding him, alternating between the two. His hands will be gentle one minute, and then gripping him tight in the next when he wants to make his point.

When he is done, he coos at FX again, talking about how even when injured, FX still has such a pretty face. Then he gets this look in his eye that FX is learning to recognize. He climbs on top of FX and talks about how it was unfortunate he was not in the condition of anything strenuous. And then tilts his head and says “I did make sure to leave your face untouched, though.”

This is all a lead up to JW jacking and coming on FX’s face.

This is such a delicious genre of whump and i'd barely even considered it before. And now i'm obsessed with Feng Xin getting taken care of by the same person who hurt him in the first place

I wonder if he feels any dread when he wakes up, and finds himself still in Jun Wu's palace. Or maybe he's too busy feeling guilty for betraying Jun Wu in the first place.

I want him to be so injured that all he's really able to do is lie there and let Jun Wu manhandle him. He's in too much pain to try and fight back.

I definitely think that’s how JW got him into bed the first time. FX was probably begging him about letting him do smth for JW (meaning a mission) and JW, the fucker, of course sees the perfect opening and takes it. Now I’m picturing Near Virgin FX shyly undressing himself in front of JW for the first time, hesitatingly removing his layers one by one, blushing and trying to avoid eye contact and squirming as he feels JW’s eyes travel down his body. So shy and nervous, unable to ignore the fact that he was doing this for his lover who was also the Emperor of Heaven and All Beneath It and his boss.

Meanwhile, JW is vividly picturing in his head in 4K HD all the things he wants to do to his dog. Which positions, making a note to commission a collar and leash, licking his lips as he thinks about FX’s throat between his teeth, definitely planning on fucking FX in every room of the palace anytime he wants, etc.

The image of Feng Xin breaking and begging Jun Wu to give him a mission is soooo!!! I know Jun Wu is so pleased when Feng Xin comes to him so distressed. All his plans are coming together!

And by the point Feng Xin will be so devoted to Jun Wu that he's willing to get into bed with him, even though he feels so out of his depth. Thinking so many thoughts about how shy and nervous he is, while getting undressed. He wants so badly to be good for Jun Wu, terrified that he won't be enough, wondering what Jun Wu will do if Feng Xin doesn't satisfy him. He's probably a little terrified going into it!

I wonder how Jun Wu treats him for their first time together. I wonder if he'd be gentler than he normally is, or if he'd immediately start being rough with Feng Xin. A part of me wants him to start being rough with Feng Xin immediately - he's gotta start training him early after all! And it would make Feng Xin even more overwhelmed! He'd be so out of his depth, as Jun Wu ties him up, or hits him, or chokes him, etc etc. Maybe not to the extent that he will later, but still enough to take Feng Xin out of his depth.

I also just need Feng Xin to feel a little bit awful after his first time. He knows he didnt enjoy himself and he feels so guilty about it. He feels like he just needs to be better for Jun Wu.
