sukone tei (aka scottei) is a japanese synth who was first introduced in 2010. she is a vipperloid (this means she was developed by users of the japanese imageboard called 2chan (aka 2channel, 2ch, futaba channel, and futaba) with the express purpose of trolling and tricking people into thinking she was a new vocaloid). unlike teto, who is also vipperloid, tei had a voice bank developed right from the beginning. she was designed by and originally drawn by uramiti, then in 2012 she recived a redraw/ redesign from Shouyu. she is voiced by Kako Futaba. she is currently managed by ミナツキトーカ (minatsukitōka, i cant find a translation for this though). tei is 19yo and 171.2cm tall.
