As she stood backstage, watching on one of the televisions, she was half tempted to run out to him. It had always been her nature to worry, especially when he was out in the ring, and this was something big. Anything could have happened out there. However, seeing The Shield win the match, she let out the breath she didn't know she was holding. It was over and he was fine -- she couldn't be more relieved. 

Moving from her spot, she ran over to the ramp exit, bouncing where she stood. Her eyes were locked on Dean first, then Seth, causing her to sigh. How did they do this week after week? Perhaps she'd never understand, but as she saw her boyfriend, the thoughts stopped. Her eyes roamed over him, searching for any signs he was hurt, even if it was just a scratch. "Joe," she whispered. She moved towards him, wrapping her arms around his waist, holding her body to his. 

"Are you okay? Are you hurt? Do you need to go to the hospital? Do you need to sit down? What about water? Do you need that?" She knew she was asking too many questions, when she needed to let him rest. "Tell me what you need."

“See something you like?”

               “Do not think for one moment, Reigns, that you will hold my title for very long. Because I can absolutely promise you that the moment I come back, the moment I am done my filming, I will be taking my title back off of your shoulder, proving that I am the only one who can bring the prestige that it needs to it!”

Joe was completely focused on tying up his shoes. As he finished up, he felt a firm slap on his rear from Mercedes. Turning around with a smirk on his face, chuckling softly as he continued to stare at her. “Really baby girl? Just couldn’t help yourself?” he asked her with a sly smirk and started to chuckle softly. “This butt looks very good in jeans, I know.”
