here, have this shitty drabble!

touch starved Mr Freeze:

You've never seen him so... soft. Not even when he talked to Nora. Victor grew cold in every sense. He was cold towards the world, towards you, he didn't care about anything but his goal. But now, he lost that, too. Everything was taken away from him. He was stripped of everything he had, but that also included the responsibility. Despite the guilt, despite his shattered heart, Victor was... relieved. And he hated to admit it. He hated to admit it he was tired of fighting when it was clear he won't ever win. He hated to admit he was tired of fighting for Nora. Amidst that fight, he lost himself, completely, utterly.

But there was a little part of him, of who he used to be, that you brought back. There was a part of him that came alive under your touch.

Victor hated you and loved you all at once. It felt like he was betraying Nora every time you two touched, against all reason. It felt like he didn't deserve any form of affection whatsoever since he so clearly failed in saving his wife. It felt... wrong. And yet right at the same time. Comforting. Relieving. Soft. You were the only source of comfort. The only thing actually keeping him sane. You made him feel. You made him... not want to lose you too.  You made him care.
