What to do I don't know!
How to plan your future and how to design your job! I don't know now until now I need to have a change ! Everyday I do not enjoy my work now,because most of my colleagues choose to left ! Netease is my favorite company I do hope I can go there god and grandmother bless me please.and so I will try my best and prepare well ! happy journey just beginning I believe deeply!
SO i have successfully completed a month of BGWT (Black Girls Workout Too). I'm very excited about starting my second month! The results are that i've lost 6lbs, 3 inches on my waist, 2 inches on my lower stomach, 2 inches on my hips, 2 inches on each thigh, and .25 on each arm. For this month of July my goals are:
1.) Workout 2x a day
2.) Drink more than 64 oz.
3.) Last meal of the day HAS TO BE light (i.e smoothie, cereal, salad, fruit)
4.) Make workouts longer.
I'm excited to see the progress for this month! :) Wish me luck!
