As for Josh and Wolf? Well, I knew it wouldn’t be smooth sailing. I just hope the show gets renewed so they have a chance to work it out. I think it can be. Wolf’s obvious self-worth issues are an obstacle, to be sure, but having your long-dead father turn up alive and asking how you don’t recognize him is one hell of a mitigating factor.

Watch Brilliant Minds on NBC. It’s a little cheesy but likable! Zachary is starring as genius neurologist Oliver Wolf, who:
is extremely kind to his patients, this isn’t a Dr House thing, he’s extremely empathetic and caring, to a fault
bucks the rules at times and this causes him trouble
is face blind
has a team of fun interns
Has a beautiful psychologist for a best friend
Has a house filled with ferns
is gay and that’s established early in the first episode
has a fun flirtation developing with Dr Nichols, who started off extremely prickly and seems to have very quickly developed a lil crush.
Teddy Sears played ZQ’s husband on American Horror Story (which I have never watched 🤷♀️)
Mommy AND Daddy Issues. His mother is played by Donna Murphy, who you may recognize as Mother Gothel (and, uh…😬)
He’s a Luddite

Anyway give it a try! I don’t there’s ever been a primetime network medical drama with a gay man as the lead. And I’m not just supporting it for that, it’s actually an enjoyable show, too. I like cheese, though!
Dr Nichols is the living embodiment of “in middle school I had a crush on a girl and didn’t know what to do about it so I wrote her a note that said “get out of my school”” towards Dr Wolf right now I can’t wait for their messy ill advised hookup in the mid season finale.
Anyway, spare a thought for poor Carol, who just wanted to get her bestie working in the same hospital as her, and now everybody from his mom to the cranky surgeon who definitely wants to fuck him is like “Carol! You must wrangle him!”
Also girl, whatever your husband did (he cheated didn’t he?), you can tell me (but it was cheating right?) and I’ll beat his ass for you. Man’s up here all “please don’t leave me 😭” and I’m like “well you SHOULDA THOUGHT ABOUT THAT BEFORE YOU DID WHAT YOU DID!” (cheated. Probably.)
