“what’s the biggest lie you ever told?” jongdae slurred after he took a swig of the alcohol.

you giggled at how easily drunk he was before you took a sip of the soju, being just a bit tipsy. jongdae set the bottle down as he glared at you, making your smile wider.

he pouted as he shifted over in his side of the couch to lean his head on your shoulder. “answer me!”

you sighed in defeat. “i lied to my parents in my senior year of high school. they thought i was with my friend, but i was actually with my boyfriend at the time.”

jongdae gasped dramatically. “really? you had a boyfriend?”

you nodded as he hiccuped. “yeah. i don’t know why i was with him though, he was a dick.”

“he didn’t deserve you.” he said quietly, making you smile slightly. “why was he a dick?”

you almost laughed at the memory. “i wanted to stay home and watch a movie but he wanted to go out with his gang.” you added air quotations at the mention of his gang. “after that, he walked out. he called me a bitch.”

jongdae stood up immediately after you finished your sentence. the face he made looked as if you just said the most scandalous thing ever. after a second, his surprised face morphed into one of anger.

“no, you’re MY bitch.” he said, causing you to raise your brows. you couldn’t help but chuckle at his behaviour. you would have to remind him of this after his hangover tomorrow.

you shook your head. “i don’t think he meant it that way, dae.” you said as he calmed down and pouted again.
