your boyfriend must have left early for work without you noticing. you shrug off the disappointment of not getting to wake up to his handsome face and fluffy morning hair and decide to go ahead and start your day.
you stumble sleepily to the bathroom in the minimal morning light that seeps through the curtains. reaching the bathroom, you reluctantly flick on the bright light, quickly noticing something out of the ordinary.
a dozen or so pink sticky notes are plastered all over the bathroom mirror, each with love notes, sweet reminders, or lyrics in progress.
your heart warms and you’re suddenly fully awake. you peel a few off to get a closer look.
