The black vinyl cape is from London-based artist and fashion stylist Johnny Blueeyes‘ label House of Blueeyes “Don’t be Afraid of the Darkness within” Fall/Winter 2009 collection, inspired by hammer house horror classics from the 60s and 70s.

“Inspired by challenging the concept of fashion as elite and disconnecting”, Johnny tasked himself with putting together “a family of extremely talented designers, artists and performers to help bring individuality, love and fun back to fashion”.

The gold metallic jumpsuit with gold paillettes and feathers belongs to Alexander McQueen’s Fall/Winter 2007 “In Memory of Elizabeth Howe, Salem, 1962″ collection.

Those of you who visited the 2008 “Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy” exhibition in the MET Museum are told me they saw this gold marvel “live” as a part of “The Mutant Body”.

Our girl was wearing black leather spiky chain awe by Joji Kojima, a very promising jewelry designer based in Tokyo and chief at his former label Hotel Gluttony.

The top photo was featured on the ‘Bad Romance’ cover, where Gaga wore a sheer ruby red ruffle piece. What some of us thought was a dress and others believed was a top, is in fact a coat.

One-of-a-kind red silk organza coat custom-made for our girl by House of Organza - a label made by Lyall Hakaraia and Kim Howells , London-based designer and stylist whose made-to-measure couture creations I’m sure many of you saw in Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue or Elle, among others.

Next, Lady Gaga poses in almost nothing but the Atsuko Kudo high-waisted black latex briefs with filigree lace trim (£104.17).

The black leather officer cap, she wears above, is made by David Samuel Menkes!

While the pyramid-studded latex cone mask is a customized erotic shop find, the other heavily spiked and studded leather cap with side zip closure is custom Haus of Gaga x Muto-Little Costumes. You might remember her wearing it at the Much Music Video Awards earlier that year.

Finally, we got Gaga rocking a simplistic-yet-not-so-simplistic black satin neoprene jacket with asymmetric zipper and high neck by RAD HOURANI.

The sheer lilac blouse with metallic threads and lavender organza pleated harem pants are both from DRESSCAMP’s Spring/Summer 2009 collection, designed by Marjan Pejoski.

Her feather-”stuffed” woven shell hat is from YOSHiKO CREATiON PARiS’ Spring/Summer 2005 collection...

...while the acrylic bangles were made by Yoshiko in collaboration with Japanese fashion label SLY. These date back to 2008.

I’m sure you all remember the Joji Kojima Veil chain-embellished spiked mask we’ve talked earlier about.

Both of her statement cocktail rings rings are signed by nOir Jewelry. One features silver cones while the other features pavéd pyramids.

She completed the look with a pair of vintage 1990s Pleaser sandals. Welded metal platforms with drilled hole decoration and black leather upper.

There’s another YOSHiKO CREATiON PARiS x SLY moment! Here, Gaga wears a white resin version of the previous faceted barrell lucite cuff.

The heavily crystal-embellished phantom mask is another Joji Kojima treat. Oh my...

And what about that incredibly realistic human hair deer-shaped headpiece? That, my friends, belongs to the “Animal Behavior” collection of Japanese hair stylist Shinji Konishi. What he creates more than wigs are real hair miracles, don’t you think so?

Firstly, Gaga poses head-to-toe in black latex. The liquid-like catsuit and opera-length gloves were custom created for the campaign by Latex-specialized designer Jac Langheim. 

Her light-catching black latex hat and velvet mask are custom Philip Treacy...

...while her chunky sculpted platform boots are custom Atalanta Weller. 

The heels are made of leather and latex with a hand-painted finish. “Fame is an illusion. If you really want it, anyone can have it”.

Risqué is not enough. All the male models wear wearable sculptures by Dutch sculptor and designer Rein Vollenga which were produced by Haas Brothers. “Everything I make is one-off, and I also don’t really have a concept. I collect a lot of objects that I find in the streets, or in supermarkets, or in party stores, and I always scan everywhere when I’m walking outside. To me, the objects that I collect are quite ambiguous.” Rein says. 

The underwear of the models are by Male Power and the fingerless gloves by Skingraft.

Gaga wears nothing but a few drops of “FAME” and a custom black molded rubber mask by Jac Langheim.

The shoes in this scene are the Pleaser Dagger-01 black patent pointed-toe pumps with silver metal heel.

While emerging out of a giant black mouth-shaped bath tub, Gaga wears a black liquid dress was custom made for her by slime artist Bart Hess. 

Her black crown was custom-made by Los Angeles-based sculptor and special effects costume designer & fabricator, Salvatore Salamone.

The crown, an exclusive photo of you can see above, is an aluminum and foam frame covered in aqua resin then coated with black epoxy.

Here the dominatrix wears a custom made silicone rubber cropped V-neck top and maxi skirt with asymmetrical back zipper & slit combo by Rachael Barrett. 

Her platform lace-up ankle boots are by Pleaser. 

The models on the left wear underwear by Male Power and the aforementioned custom headpieces by Rein Vollenga x Haas Brothers. 

The models on the right don headpieces by Jacob Roanhaus and red Diana Do capes, everything custom-made for the “FAME” commercial.

Next, Gaga is seen wearing a black laser-cut sheer dress, custom made for the commercial by Jakarta-based couturier Tex Saverio.

Love this look! Gaga kisses her obedient men while rocking a black cut-out bodysuit from Mugler’s Spring/Summer 1991 collection. 

The model on the left rocks S&M rope as a top and the Black Drop mask, a custom creation by Joji Kojima.

This fit young man is wearing one of the Rein Vollenga x Haas Brothers mask that was paired with a pair of black pants by Perry Ellis and long leather gloves by Skingraft.

Gaga has personally asked the famous Dutch lingerie designer Marlies Dekkers to create an exclusive bra specifically for the commercial. 

She requested a black crystal-studded piece that embodies the power and creativity she stands for and that still carries the marlies|dekkers stamp she loves so much. 

Marlies has chosen Swarovski elements as a partner for this project and this is the result: one-of-a-kind “FAME” bra, a customized version of the well-known Space Odyssey bra. 

Her black fox tail trim cape is signed by Adrienne Landau.

Always had the urge to show you these! Gaga’s eccentric pair of sunglasses for this scene were fruit of the collaboration between MYKITA and Rad Hourani. The Rad shades boast an oversized, shield-like shape.

Her black leather platform wedge ankle boots are made by Giuseppe Zanotti.
