Homestuck Ponders (maybe spoilers if reader has not read to 8/20/13 mark)
Seeing the John/Roxy chemistry got me thinking. Homestuck is just one 'game' of Mspaintadventures. John, being the first and possibly the most important protagonist may have to make an alignment decision at some point.
Vriska represents a Chaos path (self-serving actions that include others to some degree), Rose representing a Law path (meticulous action of fortune... if there is any likelihood of romance between her and John due to the heavy onscreen Rosemary scenes), and Roxy representing a more Neutral path. If Rose is not a possibility then it would be a choice between Light and Void for our derpy Heir/Passive Changer of Breath/change.
I do not know if Andrew Hussie has played any games from the MegaTen series (Shin Megami Tensei), but when you have a Main Character with the ability to change the narrative itself and more than two shipteases in-story with influential characters, it could give some sort of impression. It does help that the polar paths are both Light players and the central path has a Void player as its figurehead.
Hopefully this has not been too dry of a read, I just wanted to share some thoughts. If this just serves to get your gears grinding and you can say it better than me then go ahead, I would find it smashing.
