Sam! Them angels got an immune system of steel.
who is the better caretaker:Also Sam. I feel like when it comes to one of them getting sick Sam will try 10x harder to help Castiel feel better while for Castiel it is easier. One touch and Sam is healed. Damn angel powers.
who is the most needy when they’re sick:
Castiel for sure.
who gets startled/worried every time the other sneezes:
Sam gets worried because he knows if Castiel is sick then he’s not doing well. It scares him. Angels never get sick.
who stocks the house with cold medicine and orange juice:
Sam. Health freak, ya know,.
who is more careful not to spread their illness and who doesn’t care:
I think they are both very careful tbh.
who gets cuddly when they’re feverish:
Sam! It’s the only time Castiel second guesses healing him. He wants the cuddles.

Castiel. He is an angel, if an angel who can heal himself is sick you know it’s bad. So he tries to hide it from Sam. He doesn’t want him to worry.
