2: Who knits the other a seasonal sweater?

John has tried like twice with Evelyn before giving up because it’s not looking how he wanted it to so Evelyn is the one able to finish making a sweater for John

4: How would your OTP react to having a snow day?

They’d have to be like super snowed in so when it is bad enough to warrant just staying home they sleep in and John is attached to her more than usual, like he’s always holding her when he can but when snowed in she literally only gets 10 minutes to herself the whole fuckin day, it’s a good thing he’s pretty or Evelyn wouldn’t be so forgiving

6: Who makes a snowman that looks like the other member of your OTP, or do they both do this?

John makes a snowman that is disturbingly like on spot, he presents it to her when she gets home and she wants to know how he did it when he hadn’t seen her all day. She loves it though

8: What gifts would they get each other for the holidays?

John’s always trying to go over the top with clothes or trying to make something for her, the best gift from him was the polaroid camera she’d been thinking about buying, not as a professional camera just as one to goof around with. She loved it and immediately took a picture of the both of them.

Aside from the sweaters or blankets she makes for him Evelyn will get him nice ties, his favorite gift from her was the huge afghan she spent two months working on.

10: What sort of seasonal treats does your OTP like to eat?

Evelyn likes chocolate covered pretzel sticks and buttons and truffles of any kind and those kiss cookies. John never really had a favorite til Evelyn made white chocolate peppermint bark to send to her parents, he tries to pretend he doesn’t absolutely love it but she knows.

12: Who initiates the New Year’s kiss?

John is usually the one who’s giving kisses, constantly, but Evelyn surprised him when he was distracted by one of his brothers and pulled him down for a quick kiss that turned into a full on make out til Jacob told him to get a fucking room.

14: Would your OTP take a walk together in the snow?

Evelyn considers a date almost because it’s just so nice out and John’s holding her hand and talking about literally anything he can think of.

1: Who makes the other hot chocolate?

Dana’s the real big hot cocoa drinker and she always makes some for Sharky who only drinks it when she gives it to him.

3: Who’s family hosts a bigger holiday gathering? What’s the gathering like for your OTP?

Dana’s parents are the only ones never invited to holiday get togethers but otherwise Dana has a ton of family compared to Sharky who has Hurk and Adelaide. Sharky loves going with Dana to thanksgiving and christmas because it’s always such a happy and warm atmosphere, there’s bickering sometimes but it’s mostly teasing and never serious and her family is just so much fun to hang out with .

5: Who offers the other one their jacket?

Sharky but that’s mostly cause he really likes seeing her in his clothes and never because she’s cold.

Neither of them are really religious but they do like visiting family for the holidays and sometimes visiting the Spread Eagle for the shit that gets started there, Mary May puts up decorations and invites people over for drinks and shit.

1: Who spends almost all their money on the other?

John, he would probably buy the moon for her if he could. She, and Joseph, had to like give him a talk early on about dialing back on the gifts, she did not want or need expensive stuff, she’s a simple person and just wants simple things. He finally figures out what kind of stuff she’d like from him which literally just buying clothes she can steal from him.

3: Who walks around the house half-naked and who yells at them to put on some clothes?

I mean they both do but Evelyn only does it upstairs where there’s a lot more privacy, John just walks around in his boxers everywhere and while it’s nice to find him making breakfast she’d really prefer if he’d at least have some actual pants on. He starts doing that after he forgets that jacob is coming over and is just in the living room in boxers. Evelyn’s the only one who thinks it’s funny.

5: Which one tries to make food for the other but burns it all by accident and which one tells them that it’s okay and makes them both cookies?

6. Least favorite canon moment of them? 

I don’t have a least favorite? Like the only real canon interaction they have is when she helps him take out angels with Disco Inferno as theme music.

11. If they aren’t a canon pairing, how would you get them together?

Probably them meeting during her first week when Hudson is arresting him for starting a fire. He thinks she’s pretty and starts doing shit to end up in the station just to talk to her, she has to ask him out to stop that whole thing.

16. Which character of your pairing would be the one to break up with the other? Why?

I can’t boy I cannot even think about them like breaking up, I can’t even think about any situation where they break up please don’t make me actually answer this

Evelyn’s not the deputy so they never have a canon moment unfortunately

Evelyn gets hired to take pictures of the heralds and the father that are seen around the county and she and John just end up talking a lot and they develop feelings for each other because they’re both saps and dorks and ugh they’re so cheesy and god it’s soft John who loves her so much god help me they’ll be the end of me
