Imagine Caliborn and John/June arguing in a half serious manner. They act like they can’t stand each other. But when they are alone with no one else there, they are chill. They sit on the couch and watch TV. No fighting, talking, or anything else.

Or they pick on each other a lot and are always near each other. Playfully spiteful. John/June just casually does thank you kisses.

Egbert is a very affectionate person that needs to be touched or to touch and just hugs Caliborn because he isn’t use to that and always says he hates it.

Caliborn having a crush on them would make he say he hates it more and never stop, because saying he hates it makes them actually hug him.

Think of all the stare downs! All of my old fanfictions would have pages of them stare each other down with out a word and describing how they felt. The stare down it self was a conversation.

He’d get flustered because as a Cherub, this kind of rude attitude is basically flirting. Egbert does eventually start actually flirting out of spite.

Instead of normal arguing, they’d get so mad that they’d hit on him to make him shut up.

Caliborn would get so done with the flirting he’d try to throw it back just to win.

Flirting is a competition needed to be won and there will be a victor.

Our dear Egg usually wins because snakey boi doesn’t know how to cheat this.
