I know but that's the thing. I am changing things and things are getting better. I'm doing a lot for myself and my happiness but I can't get all this out of my head. That things would just be so much easier if I just reverted.

Stay strong sweetie, one more cut isn't going to do anything. You're doing great and we're all here for you. One cut isn't going to change how good you've been doing, it'll just bring you down. You've picked yourself up and I am so proud.
Are you sure though? Cause I'm not. I've somehow managed to convince myself that I need to move backwards before going forward. Like I've done all I can for the moment and I need to take a step back to shoot me forward again. But I still know that step will lead to a fall.

but if i am then why am i still so unhappy and why is everything not okay. out of everything i've done and everything i've been through, that's all i want. for things to be okay. i'm not different than i've ever been and i'm not getting anywhere.
