His raider past, tbh. Also he’s very tall and door frames often pose a problem.
June has no insecurities. She worries she’s not strong enough to keep her remaining family safe.

Both of them are raiders so their expression of emotion is lacking. Silas has broken away from the raider mentality more than Juniper, so he’s a little better with it.

Silas flirts when he likes someone. Not even romantically- he flirts with Shirley all the time and she’s his Good Friend. He doesn’t fall in love easily but it’s not a particularly difficult thing for him???
Juniper does not flirt; she thinks it’s dumb and a waste of time. She develops a familial/platonic love for people really easily. I mean she pretty much loved her scrappy little adopted sister since she was born.

Silas just likes the Mojave. There’s so many interesting places and things to do; he doesn’t get out a whole lot now but he honestly couldn’t fathom living in a different area.
June loves Red Rock. She’s lived there since the Khans settled the area and it’s her home. Her favorite people live there and it’s just… good.
What’s their favorite post-apocalyptic food? Are they a picky eater? Do they know how to cook?
Neither of them care for pre-war junk food. They’ll eat it if there’s nothing else available bc sometimes that’s just all you got, you know? They both really like fresh meat because with their various clans being as big as they are, fresh meat tends to be something more of a luxury.
They both know how too cook, in varying degrees. Silas can keep himself alive, but tbh cooking meat is a lot of work and he’d much rather butcher something up and trade the meat for some Cooked Food. Juniper can cook fairly well, since she’s out for weeks on end in the wastes and someone has to keep Tess from eating junk food that whole time.
