Not particularly! So long as you have some sort of stylistic consistency and the abaility to draw expressions and body posture well, you’ll happily be brought onto the art team! Of course, if you’d prefer to be a background artist or the like, that’ll be a part of the application too. 

Granted, the application is a while off; I want to have my writing team and story in place before we start bringing artists on board, so they’ll have something to start working off of.

Yes! Ao3 is great, if you have one, or a tumblr writing tag on your blog, or anything where you might have multiple pieces of writing. It’s not necessary, but it would certainly be helpful to get to know what you’re capable of!

This is a phenomenal idea! If the writing team and I can find a way to work things like this in without risking ripping off other games, like Undertale, then I don’t see why we wouldn’t.
