Alvin 2.0’s look for the mini tale I’m currently working on. (It’s sorta connected to the multi-fic in that it takes place AFTER the events of the multi-fic)

Anyway, this is Alvin when he takes the longer lasting ADHD meds that Simon designed. (Thankfully, only for emergencies) They work well, but they over-correct his symptoms to the point where his “full-nerd” side is dialed up to 11 and Classic Alvin can’t break through at all.

His full-nerd side isn’t usually this intense by default btw. No. But apparently over-correction of ADHD symptoms is common in patients that have both ADHD and Autism. I guess I owe the meds I was put on as a child an apology. It was never their fault. They worked great. The problem was that I am a blend of both and removing one elevates the other to the point where…I change DRASTICALLY.

Intensified “full-nerd” Alvin acts a lot like Sheldon Cooper. It’s hilarious and scary at the same time. He doesn’t focus much on his feelings while on the meds, (because he feels so weird and not himself) which is why he has a very neutral facial expression. His anxiety goes up a LOT, so his tail bushes out all spiky and won’t go back to normal until the meds wear off. His hair touching his neck irritates him, so he puts it in a ponytail. He also gets more overstimulated by the color red, so he wears less of it. Can’t part with it entirely though!
