Sometimes I think Ianto calling Jack sir in fanfiction is a little overdone or too frequent or whatever but no, that man was out there calling him sir or captain like every two minutes lmao

*writing 5k of lead in to get to the original idea that kickstarted this fanfic*

Actually, I don't like it when the reader forgives all the horrible things the character has done and they kiss and live happily ever after. I want the reader to slap him in the face and leave him.

the most devastating thing a ficwriter can do is delete their fic. i make a desperate appeal to all ficwriters, please, even if you think your work is shit, leave it on fanfic sites anyway. any piece of your work that you have done is extremely valuable and valid.
