[Apologies if this ask kinda jumps all over the place] I just wanted to poke my head in and say I love Gene's adventures so much, this has become my #1 comfort series, I adore how you write his relationships with everyone, particularly Guzma and Volo (as a certified Aro™ I'm picky abt what romance I consume and the way you write it is the Good Fucking Food). Poor Gene is so afraid of his own feelings because literally from the day he was born until very recently he's had to shove them aside and be everyone else's hero while paying little to no attention to his own needs 😭 LET 👏 HIM 👏 REST 👏👏👏 Can I gush about how you managed to make me care abt characters I forgot existed in the Pokemon world for the longest time (hi Ingo how are the kids)? I read most of Gene's story in one night, stayed up till like 3am because I Needed To Know What Happened To The Boy. Also love that Guz packs lunch for all his grunts and friends. Domestic, wholesome Team Skull makes me Feel and I'm here for it. Also I just love the way you draw in general. Ur style is very pleasing to look at. Miscellaneous other things that make my brain go vroom: Plumaria calling Guzma "numbskull" affectionately, Gene being an awkward dork around people he likes, lava uncle and sea uncle getting married, Ghestis being That Bitch no one likes, everyone dunking on Kamado, Noodle (that's it that's the tweet), the fact that Gene can talk to his Pokémon so they get to be characters too. Oh and that Gene and Volo's love languages are info-dumping.
