A weekday off when he didn't have his daughter meant Lucky had time to fill with other things and one of his favorite things to do was bother his friends when he knew they couldn't escape him.

Lucky was a boy's boy through and through but he had acquired a permanent date in the year that had passed and he was looking forward to ringing in the New Year with her, "You got any benchwarmers you can call up in that scenario? While Keo appreciated his brother letting him crash on his couch for the brief spell he found himself van-less (and technically homeless), the surplus of time spent with him made it abundantly clear to him that he didn't seem good.

"You don't have an eye for pumpkins by any chance, do you?" Lucky found himself asking the owner of Surf's Up who he had spotted while he was perusing potential pumpkins to take home with him to carve with his daughter.
