enjoys the works of Laura Ingalls Wilder [x] and Mr. Smith Goes to Washington [x]

made a “Pied Piper In Memoriam slideshow” he’s trying to get shown at the Academy Awards [x]

thought Pied Piper would outlive him by centuries [x]

On Friday, September 5th, I'll be holding a Jared Talk at the University of Wisconsin in King Hall, 0074A!! I've been studying out of the public eye for a while, and I can't wait to finally join the intellectual world and hold my first lecture as a guest speaker! I know it's a bit short notice, but I hope to see you guys there! Yes, it will be about the psychology and toxicity of gamers, and I just can't wait!!

remember after this pic the next day there were pics of Jared alone all over the place (Geneva etc)then there was the break down.I have always had a theory that something was wrong btwn the Js from this pic. Jared’s pose was very closed off its like a pose of someone saying *leave me alone* and his SO was trying to sweet talk him. I have always maintained that a fight btwn them triggered Jared’s breakdown and I wonder what the fight was all about. continued

It is never easy when you talk about this with other hats because as much as we are hats and are supposed to speculate objectively most of us are also fan girls. We are unable or do not want to see the Js as people with imperfections like any human being. I wonder what they fought about. My wildest speculation was JDM.  remember in all the pics with jdm JP was either absent or far away from JA. Then jdm left abruptly as his dog was sick or something.  was this story ever verified

This is the post you mean, am I right? I can’t tell you what I think that peeking object is because I have no idea. A bottle would make sense. It’s kind of in the colour of latte or something. As for the leg, I don’t know. It’s rather in the same colour as Jared’s jacket, so could it be his own knee, covered by the jacket? The picture is of too poor quality for me to determine anything much - which is why I was so intrigued to see @mooseintheocean had ideas!

As for Jared’s “closed off” posture, Jensen implied in his post that Jared was sleeping, cos he was tired. If I’m sleeping in a plane or a bus, I cross my arms or assume a pose much like Jared did in the picture. It’s difficult to sleep while sitting, but it helps when you find a good position for your arms. It might look closed off, but it’s actually a way to protect your torso while you’re sleeping. We might’ve come out of the caves thousands of years ago, but our lizard brains didn’t get the memo (fun fact: men often sleep with their hand on their dick to protect it).

I can’t really agree that a fight between the J’s was the reason Jared took off alone. Have you seen this drop by any chance?

G was present at Asylum and she and Jared went pretty overboard with the PDA. I can imagine this fight happening under such stressful circumstances to be the last straw to tip Jared over the edge. JDM was said to have defended Jensen in this fight and if he left suddenly, I can imagine it being because of the foul atmosphere this fight must’ve created. My apologies, but I don’t really have anything on his departure.

There are many versions of this fight circulating and obviously we don’t know which, if any of them, is the right story, but this one makes the most sense to me. It’s not because I’m deluding myself by thinking that J2 are the perfect couple that never fights, but because this fits with the image I have of the people involved.

Would Jensen have let Jared to wander off on his own if it was a fight between them? Would he have let him go if he knew just how bad Jared’s headspace was? I doubt it. Jensen seems extremely protective of Jared and it just doesn’t make any sense that he would’ve done that.

That said, I realise that none of us fans know the J’s on a personal level and that we could be wildly off on our theories and speculation. I know it sometimes seems as though we’re polishing the J’s image as perfect men, but I’m sure most of us fans know that they’re only human and do make mistakes. Oh boy, my anonymous friend, I am sharing in your trepidation! I do feel like⁠—if it’s handled sensitively⁠—we could see a really interesting arc for Jared this season (tbh I’d love to see a storyline about Jared figuring out what he really finds satisfying in his work and pursuing that! although not at the expense of him having any sort of relationship/friendship with Richard and the rest of the guys). But that is a big, scary “if.” And yes, gosh, Jared driving to the hostel because it’s HOME to him was the absolute sweetest, saddest thing.
