I once got super bored and thought, “why not draw famous Moroccan snacks as humanoids?” So my victims became Merendina and Jamila. There’s actually a surprising amount of shipping between these two snacks, people even made them “collaborate” officially lol.
They’re both classic Moroccan snacks, and notice how “Jamila” and “Merendina” both end in “a”, which already gives them that feminine character. But then someone decided to make Jamila a guy so their marriage would feel “culturally acceptable” and “right”…
but meh, I’m just gonna draw them both as women teehehehehe Also, I finally made a new art account, this one right here, Vetheske. Way more anonymous since my old account was known by family and relatives, which made everything super uncomfortable. I couldn’t be as free or as creative as I wanted, and that really sucks when you’re an artist!! If you’re curious, my next post is gonna be my own version of these two characters :33
