So here is my Shepard family that I have made so far (I am still relatively new to the game)
My first Shepard is of the Spacer Background
First Officer John Shepard II: Father of Calypso, Penelope, and Elizabeth Shepard, husband to Rear Admiral and brother-in-law to Admiral Steven Hackett.
Rear Admiral Hannah Shepard: Mother of Calypso, Penelope, and Elizabeth Shepard and younger sister to Admiral Steven Hackett.
Commander Calypso 'Cal' Shepard: My first Shepard. Twin sister to Penelope and older sister to Elizabeth. She is the lone survivor of an attack on Akuze and later becomes the first human Spectre. She becomes romantically involved with Kaidan Alenko
Information Specialist Penelope 'Penny' Shepard: Twin sister to Calypso and older sister to Elizabeth. When she was younger she and Calypso were unknowingly made into test subjects by their aunt and was subject to small amounts of genetic splicing with turian DNA. It stopped a few years after. When she is older she becomes romantically involved with Garrus and Tali.
Elizabeth 'Liz' Shepard: Calypso and Penelope's younger sister and youngest daughter of John and Hannah Shepard. She initially works at the embassy on the Citadel, but then works with Liara. After the Reaper War she returns to working at the Embassy. She is romantically involved with Liara
Doctor Margot Myre: John's younger sister and aunt to Calypso, Penelope, and Elizabeth. She is a doctor on the Citadel and is married to an Asari. She has one child.
Arthur Shepard: John's younger brother and uncle to Calypso, Penelope, and Elizabeth. He lost his arm and leg in an accident that made him unable to join the Alliance military. Estranged from the family, he does help Calypso on Omega when he can.
Citadel Security Officer Aiken Sheppard: A family friend of the Shepard family, and was close to Elizabeth. He would help the sisters while they are on the Citadel. He is one of the few officers that survives the Cerberus attack in ME3.
Annabelle Starks: John's youngest sister and aunt to Calypso, Penelope, and Elizabeth. A sociopath who wanted to push humanity further into the future, she found her oldest nieces; Calypso and Penelope, to be her experiment specimen. She was married to a very rich man Mr. Starks who died in what was presumably a tragic accident, leaving her with wealth and no supervision. She began to genetically alter Penelope, comparing Calypso (who she left as a control group). She was discovered and arrested, though she was later sentenced to institutionalization.
